Not All Channels Showing Up In The Guide.

If you notice that channels are missing from the guide, take note of what mode the guide is set to. This will be displayed on the left side of the guide, under the preview screen, and will say either SUBSCRIBED, FAVORITES, HD, or ALL.

SUBSCRIBED
– will only show you channels that you are subscribed to.

FAVORITES
– will show you only the channels that you have marked as a favorite.

HD
– will show you only the channels which are displayed in High Definition.

ALL
– shows you all channels, regardless of whether you are subscribed to them or not.

To switch between these modes, simply press guide again, and you will see the mode change. Keep pressing the guide button until you reach the desired display mode.

* Note: After the set top box has been rebooted, it will take sometimes up to an hour for the guide data to populate.
