If your computer is connected directly to the modem


If your computer is wired directly to the modem, the limited or no connectivity message will not affect your internet connection. Hurontel uses a broadband connection, so as long as that is connected, you will be able to access the internet. If you cannot connect, refer to the Can't Connect to the Internet section.


If your computer is wired into a router :


If your computer is wired directly into a router, there are a few things you can try.

1) Make sure the computer is wired into one of the four LAN ports on the router, NOT into the internet or WAN port.

2) Unplug the power to your router, wait 1 minute, and plug it back in.

3) Restart your computer.

4) Contact the manufacturer of the wireless router
