How to change your password and email settings in Office 365 (Windows)

 

  1. Click on the Search bar and type Control Panel, then click on it to open it.

  2. Change ‘View by’ to ‘Large icons

  3. Select ‘Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

  4. Select ‘Email Accounts

  5. Double-Click on your email or click it once and select ‘Change

  6.  Now you can some basic email settings, but you may need to continue further

  7. Select ‘More Settings’ to see additional email settings.
