HuronTel’s customer service representatives are ready to work with clients to accommodate service change requests. We ask that all customers contact HuronTel by telephone rather than visiting our offices. While our offices remain open at this time, we ask everyone to avoid visiting our office if you have travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days, are in self-isolation, are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with any other such person. This situation is being re-evaluated daily and our offices are subject to closure without notice. Our mobile workforce will be following similar guidelines and evaluating each case before working at a customer premises. Thank you in advance for your co-operation with these safety measures.
