The Women of North Street meet at 7:30 p.m. usually on the fourth Monday of each month--September through June in the Parlour--through the south door and up the stairs.

Formerly the United Church Women or UCW, the Women of North Street meet for Special General Meeting programs as well as in the context of two units, an afternoon and an evening group, for Mission Study, Bible Study and the Study of Social/Justice issues.

The Mom's group meets each week in an atmosphere of friendship and welcome creating an opportunity for newcomers to make new friends. Childcare is provided.

North Street women and men support the work of the congregation through catering to social functions as well as the greater work of the church through the Mission and Service Fund.

Fair Trade Coffee Donations: As part of their Missions focus, the Women of North Street have recently switched to using Fair Trade coffee for all church functions. This is coffee that returns a fair market price to the coffee farmers, and therefore it costs more than other coffee. If you wish to participate in this project by making a small donation towards the increased cost – a quarter a cup is suggested, or a loonie every few weeks – please do so in the black and white donation tin you will see beside the coffee.
