Victim Services and Court Monitoring Committee

Purpose

To assist and support victims both within MADD Canada and MADD Huron/Bruce as well as other organizations as required.

Activities

* support victims

* connect victims to additional programs and/or services

* ensure adequate resources and literature are available at a moment’s notice

* accompany victims to court if asked

* complete 10 court monitors in a year and submit monitoring forms to the co-presidents

* clip newspaper police reports related to impaired driving and submit to the co-presidents at the monthly Board meetings

* give a specific list of tasks and timelines for which volunteers are needed to the recruitment committee
