6. Monitoring
You acknowledge that HuronTel has no obligation to monitor the Internet in whole or in part, or any content, products or services accessible through HuronTel or any of the Services provided. However, you agree that HuronTel has the right to monitor the Internet electronically and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate HuronTel or any of the Services provided to protect itself or its users in accordance with HuronTel's Privacy Policy. HuronTel also reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of the Terms of Use. You understand that by using the Services, you may have access to content that may be offensive or objectionable to you. Under no circumstances shall HuronTel be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage incurred as a result of, or in connection with, any user of, or access to such content.
